Craig Carey

Craig has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Having completed his Personal Training Qualification with NASM he went on to work for one of the largest Health and Fitness chains in the UK. Craig has vast experience in the industry and has worked with a extensive range of clients over the last decade.

Firstly, I love my job. This is something I am grateful for every day. This is not just what I do, this is my passion. And passion gets results.

I have been in the industry long enough to know what works, and what doesn’t. That said, I am forever learning. Personal Training is about going on a journey with someone. Everyone’s journey starts in a different place, progresses at a different speed and has different obstacles along the way. But everyone’s goal is the same. TO FEEL BETTER! Whether that be through weight loss, muscle gain, fitness etc; the main result is that you feel great for it.

I pride myself on my enthusiasm and my ability to enthuse others. My clients are athletes in my eyes. I believe in training the mind to train the body, and it’s my job to show people how to get the best out of themselves by forming a positive relationship with a healthy lifestyle. For me, being fit and healthy is part of life. It has to be balanced with the other things in your life, but find that balance and it will make everything else better. I’ve worked hard in my own fitness endeavours so I know first hand how much of a change you can make. First you need to believe. Add a bit of effort and consistency and the limits are endless!
