Leaner, fitter, faster, stronger! That’s the result of 2 years personal training with Ant.

I have always been a regular gym goer but had started to become bored with doing the same thing every week and not really making any progress by myself. I wanted to get into free weights but was concerned if my technique and form were incorrect. Help was required!

Step in Ant Taylor. We started by setting some goals I wanted to work towards: Increased strength and muscle mass combined with all round fitness. And then the training began. A real mix of different exercises, body weight resistance and traditional weight lifting moves. No two sessions ever the same, with Ant meticulously planning my programme and constantly emphasising the importance of form and technique. He was also able to advise me on the nutrition side, ensuring my body was getting what it needed to grow and be strong.

Sessions are fun & informal with Ant demonstrating each exercise with precision and clear explanation. Motivation is offered by the bucket load and with Ant’s encouragement I can always push that “one more rep”.

Ant’s enthusiasm is positively infectious. Training is now my hobby, not just something I have to do.

In addition to his endless health and fitness knowledge he’s got hair like Beckham, moves like Jagger and a wicked sense of humour!

Ross is an excellent trainer. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient and supportive he gives you help and encouragement to move on to a higher level of fitness. There’s none of that horriblebullying approach to exercise.

It’s fun and relaxing and every session is different. I started training with Ross 4 years ago and was so impressed my whole family decided to have PT sessions with him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him no matter what your fitness goals are.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in September 2009 and had found this very difficult having always been very fit – completing 2 Marathons and the Four Peaks challenge in the past. My balance and coordination were impaired and I personally needed to overcome these problems. I decided that I would try a Personal Trainer and hence met Gary Curley. I have had sessions with him once a week since January 2010. I have found his sessions extremely advantageous – him working on my core stability/balance and general overall strength and conditioning and the effects are amazing. Having gone from NOT being able to stand on one leg at all without falling, I am now able to stand on a BOSU on one leg with weights! I am also more toned in general and feel so much better about dealing with my illness. He is very patient but will push you positively when necessary and I would recommend and have recommended him, to various friends and colleagues

I have been training with Craig for about six years. Initially this was to help me to overcome a back problem but as time has gone on its become much more about getting me into far better shape than I was before any injuries. My back problems are a thing of the past and I am now able to train and exercise at a level which exceeds my own expectations at times. Craig’s methods are designed to bring about sustained improvement. He is also constantly looking for new ways to challenge himself and I benefit from that too. Craig is really passionate about his work and it makes a real difference to have someone who takes such obvious pleasure from your achievements. This drives me on to aim higher and to train harder.
