The Burn. The exercise classes will last for 45 minutes, and will be based on a mixture of resistance and HIIT (High intensity interval training). You’ll be making the most of the time you spend with us, burning lots of calories but also encouraging lean tissue development. We will help your body to become a better metabolic machine. Our classes work with small groups allowing for a closer evaluation of ability and progress. The training we provide will be tailored to your individual needs, leading to what is ultimately faster progress.

 

GROUP DISCCUSSION CLASS

SUNDAY

The Learn. After an initial trimmed 20 minute version of the exercise classes above and our weekly weigh in. The group discussion classes will be the time where we teach you about nutrition. This is where we give you the facts about how you lose the weight and also where you have the opportunity to ask us any questions, or voice any concerns or troubles you’ve had regarding the week just gone.
