Group sessions

Working with a friend or a couple of friends is a great way to train, it can be fun, competitive, cost effective and maybe a little less daunting than doing something like Personal Training on your own.

So we offer small group sessions of 2-4 people training together.

Working much better when similar goals are sought after it can bring that extra element of support and help keep you on track during your programme.

Please be aware due to high demand for this type of training and the space it can take up, allotted times are on a first come first served basis.

Small and a more personal approach to training in a class format with a top instructor, small groups of 10-14 fully focusing on progression, technique, safety and maximising results. We want you to know and to see how you’re progressing towards your goals, having a great social experience all the while.

  • Sunday 09:30-10:30 Kettle Bells with Antony Taylor
  • Monday 19:30- 20:15 Core and Conditioning with Antony Taylor
  • Wednesday 19:30- 20:30 HIIT with Craig Carey
  • Thursday 19:00-20:00 Indoor Bootcamp with Gary Curley

These classes are limited spaces and are extremely popular so contact us here to get booked on to your favourite.
